Should an urgent repair situation arise you should immediately call your property manager. Together with the landlord, we will determine the best course of action. If you have tried to contact your property manager to no avail you can organise to have the repair attended to by a qualified tradesperson. Is it however critical to ensure that your complaint falls within the realms of “Urgent Repair” otherwise the landlord has no obligation to reimburse you for any expenses incurred.
